Product Description

1.The salt spray test chamber is a testing device used to simulate the effects of salt spray or fog on various materials and components. It is commonly used in the automotive, aerospace, and marine industries to evaluate the corrosion resistance of coatings, paints, and metals.

2.The chamber typically consists of a sealed enclosure where a salt solution is atomized and sprayed onto the test specimen. The temperature and humidity inside the chamber are controlled to create a corrosive environment that accelerates the corrosion process. The length of the test and the severity of the conditions can be adjusted to simulate various environmental conditions.

3. Control system:

(1) laboratory using China's well-known brand Yuden temperature control meter, laboratory temperature control 0 ~ 99.9 ℃, digital display type with P.I.D automatic algorithm, the use of K-type thermocouple sensors, the temperature resolution of 0.1 ℃

(2) Pressure air barrel using China's well-known brand Yuden temperature control meter, pressure barrel temperature control 0 ~ 99.9 ℃, digital type with P.I.D automatic calculation, using K-type thermocouple sensor, temperature resolution 0.1 ℃

(3)The test chamber adopts Taiwan Hengbao over-temperature protector, in case of over-temperature, the machine will automatically cut off the power and stop working.

(4)The saturated barrel adopts Taiwan Henbo over-temperature protector, in case of over-temperature, the machine will automatically cut off the power and stop working.

(5) time controller display time control 0.1s ~ 9999hr, with power failure memory function, machine power failure, test time without resetting, re-energized will continue to operate

(6)Double timing time controller display time 0.1s～99hr, with power failure memory function, can realize intermittent salt spray function.

(7) control components selection of well-known brands, the use of upper and lower water and electricity separation of the structure of the control circuit and the pressure drum separated from the water and electricity isolation to avoid potential safety hazards, but also to prevent corrosion and aging of the circuit, maximize the extension of the service life of electrical components
