Working process of box crusher:

When the material enters the crushing chamber, it first collides with the high-speed rotating hammer head. The hammer head hits the material at a very high speed, generating a strong impact force and shear force, which causes the material to be broken quickly. Secondary crushing: Under the impact and shearing action of the hammer head, the material is broken into smaller particles. The crushed material moves downward under the action of gravity, and some coarse materials may be hit again by the hammer head for secondary crushing. Screening and discharge: The crushed material is discharged through the screen. The material that meets the particle size requirements can pass through the screen smoothly, while the material that does not meet the requirements continues to remain in the crushing chamber for further crushing.This process is a cycle, the material is continuously fed into crushing chamber, and after crushing and screening, the material of the required particle size is finally obtained.
