Leveling agent DR-2250 is suitable to improve the leveling and flow
performance and the wetting effect of the substrate, and can also
be used as a smooth assistant.

Application:
The recommended dosage is 0.1-1.0% of the total formula.
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal
levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

DR-2250 has excellent substrate wettability and scratch resistance,
which is suitable for wood and furniture coatings, printing inks
and cover printing mimeographic coatings, especially for water
based radiation curing system and solvent free UV radiation curing
system.
It can improve scratch resistance, has high compatibility, can
reduce the risk of fog; DR-2250 has excellent substrate
wettability, which enables the varnish to have high transparency.
It also has excellent flow and smooth performance, thus adding
DR-2250 to the system the surface tension of the system can be
significantly reduced, leveling, fluidity and good
anti-adhesion/stripping effect can be improved.
Packaging and storage :
Net weight 25kg and 200kg plastic-lined iron drums, net weight
1000kg IBC.
Should be stored at a dry and cool place. The shelf life is 2 years
from production date.
