Operation Highlights
During operation, it commences with a strict leak-tightness test on

into the workpiece. The filling quantity can range from 5g to 40g
normally, with a maximum of 2000g, and an accuracy of ±0.3g. After
filling, the system automatically performs flattening and trimming
operations to shape the workpiece for welding. In the welding
phase, it utilizes advanced argon arc welding technology. By
precisely controlling parameters like welding time, current, and
gas flow rate, it achieves high-quality and consistent welds. The
welding position can be adjusted according to the workpiece's
specific shape and dimensions to ensure a tight seal. Intelligent
detection devices are also incorporated to monitor the welding
process continuously, ensuring welding quality stability. Moreover,
the system's workstation positioning plate can be adjusted in
height and position, enabling it to adapt to products of different
