Bag-type packaging host
The machine features a stainless steel 304 shell, ensuring
compliance with food-grade requirements.
It is equipped with an automatic detection system that prevents
filling and sealing if no pouch is present or if the pouch is not
fully opened.
The horizontal infeed conveyor is designed for bags with zippers,
capable of handling up to 300 pieces at a time.
The Zipper Opener System is controlled by a servo motor from
Yaskawa, Japan, ensuring precise operation.
An independent temperature control system, provided by Omron,
Japan, ensures precise temperature management.
The PLC system allows for quick adjustment of bag width clamping,
with only a 2-minute setup time required for different bag sizes.
The automatic lubrication system, controlled by the PLC,
automatically lubricates machine parts at set intervals,
eliminating the need for manual lubrication.
The machine includes a ribbon-type date coder capable of printing 3
lines by 17 characters.
Safety features include a glass door alarm and air pressure
abnormality detection.
The internal grooved cam design, utilizing high-precision
technology, supports a maximum packing speed of 50 cycles per
minute with stable operation.
A free oil vacuum pump is used to prevent environmental pollution
during production.
Application
It applies to bag packaging of plane bags, zippered bags, and
self-standing bags for food, medical purpose and daily use
chemicals.
It can be used for power, particle, liquid, and liquid cream
filling packaging.
