XLPE Foam Sheet Roll
The IXPE XPE XLPE sheet extrusion line is a master sheet production
line for processing IXPE(or XPE), Which can be used to process
low-density polyethylene, foaming agent, crosslinking agent and
other sheet extrusion, the width of the sheet is 300-1000mm,and the
thickness is 0.1-3mm.
Foam sheet extrusion line is a single screw extrusion capacity,
which is suitable for the production of XPE foam sheet and IXPE
foam sheet.
Foam sheet extrusion line is composed of feeder,extruder,main
machine, mold, two-roll/three-roll calendering(or equipped with
cooling water tank),cooling roll,trimming machine,sheet traction
machine,single-station winder,etc
