Rotary voice coil motors are used in laser focusing:
Lens Focusing:By installing a lens on the rotary voice coil motor,
the laser beam is focused to a small spot. This method is simple
and easy to use, but the focusing accuracy is low.
Mirror focusing: Using a mirror to reflect the laser beam to a
small point. This method achieves higher focusing accuracy, but
requires precise adjustment of the position and angle of the
reflector.
Dynamic Focusing:By controlling the movement of the rotary voice
coil motor, the laser beam is focused at different positions. This
method enables focusing on objects at different depths and is
suitable for applications such as three-dimensional processing.
Adaptive Focusing:Sensors are used to detect the focusing of the
laser beam and the motion of the voice coil motor is adjusted
through a feedback control system to achieve automatic focusing.
This method improves focusing accuracy and stability, but the
system complexity is high.
