Purpose: This equipment is suitable for emulsifying cream or
cosmetic product in pharmaceutical , cosmetics, foodstuff and
chemical industry.
Summarize: The TRZRJ Series Vacuum emulsifier has done the
improvement bases on the technology which imported from German and
it is especially useful in cosmetics and ointment product Industry.
This equipment is mainly consist of emulsified tank , tank to
storage oil based material, tank to storage water based material,
vacuum system, hydraulic system, and electric controller. This
equipment has following features: easy operation, compact
structure, stable performance, good homogenization effect, high
production benefit, convenient cleaning and maintenance , high
automatic control .
2. Features
* The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement
of being aseptic.The vacuum material sucking adopted can avoid
dust,especially for the powder products.
* Mechanical sealing, good sealing effect and long working life.
* The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully
conforms to GMP standards.
* Material contact parts all use SUS316L stainless steel.
* The heating method mainly include electric or steam heating for
customer's choice.
* Advanced PLC touch screen control is optional.
* The emulsifying pot lid can adopt hydraulic lifting system, easy
to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious, the emulsifying
pot can adopt tilt discharge.
