    Features:

    The integrated BMS comprises multiple components: a main control board, BMU sampling board, high-voltage module, switching power supply, Hall sensor, DC contactor, micro-disconnect switch, fuse (optional), power terminals, structural casing, and wiring assembly. This secondary configuration consolidates the control board, sampling modules, and power components into a single, compact unit, facilitating flexible installation and cost-effectiveness. It is tailor-made for integrating with small-capacity battery systems.

    Primarily, the integrated BMS manages the charging and discharging of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries. For use with different battery types, parameter adjustments are necessary, which should be confirmed with us beforehand.

    The battery monitoring unit employs 15S technology, necessitating 4 units for 60S batteries and 5 for 75S batteries. Furthermore, each 15S segment includes 3 temperature sensors, totaling 12 for 60S and 15 for 75S batteries.

    The Hall sensor collects current data, ensuring safety, and reliability, and preventing overheating. The system boasts a SOC estimation accuracy of ±5%, and a 3-digit address dial facilitates BMS address setting. It also features a 2-channel relay dry contact output, and a 4-channel contactor extension with auxiliary contact detection, enhancing its versatility. Complemented by upper computer software, it enables customers to debug the battery system and adjust parameters with ease. Up to 7 BMS units can be paralleled, storing up to 5000 records. Additionally, it supports a 3.5-inch external display for monitoring.
