After purchasing one RJ load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

Tips: Beam load cell with bellows vs single point load cell

1. Structure: Both of them are beam load cells. The difference is that the beam load cell with bellows is a cantilever beam structure and the single point load cell is a parallel beam structure.
2. Application: Using for the platform scale or hopper scale, beam load cells with bellows are used to combine into a group of four or three units. Single point load cell generally uses only one in the middle of a pricing scale or a human scale. The single point load cell is calibrated for angular differences before leaving the factory.
3. Operating environment: The beam load cell with bellows can be used for both static and dynamic weighing, and the unique bellows seal allows it to be used in very harsh weighing environments. The single point load cell can only be used for static weighing and should be away from harsh environment. But its impact resistance and stability are good.
