The base plate of the rail clamp is welded to the upper flange plate of the steel crane beam by three-sided welding or two-sided side welding, which can ensure that the horizontal force of the crane is smoothly transmitted to the crane beam, and avoid the defect of weakening the flange section caused by a large number of holes on the flange of the crane beam. Therefore, it effectively improves the cross-sectional bearing capacity of the crane beam.

The base plate of the WJK-TG welded rail clamp is connected to the lower end of the T-bolt in a spherical joint, so that the T-bolt and the upper cover of the rail clamp remain vertical under the action of lateral force, and allow for deflection.
