7120/15/40 is a high-quality crane rail clamp made of forged steel.
Compared with other types of rail clamps, this is a new design. It
has a smaller minimum width of the steel plate than other types. In
the crane rail system, it can save materials to a great extent. It
is also a self-locking, vulcanized rubber tongue rail fixing. This
clamp is made of Q235 or Q245 forged and formed, which is the same
material as the steel plate and has very good welding firmness.

Product Feature and Application
Different from the traditional rigid track fixing system, the
7120/15/4 clamp is used in the flexible track fixing system, which
can effectively overcome the problem of clamp movement and reduce
noise. With a self-locking function, it can reliably withstand the
lateral force generated during the crane's travel. The clamp can be
used in work places where the tonnage is less than or equal to 500
tons, such as steel mills, shipyards, docks, automated production
bases and other track systems. The lateral spacing of this product
is 15mm, which has a larger adjustable range than similar plates.
This product can work with two plates to achieve automatic locking,
which can effectively control the tolerance between the track and
the crane beam and ensure the prestress of the base. Ensure that
the track is in long-term contact with the plate base, which
effectively reduces noise and improves the working environment.
In the clamp studio, there is also an elastic rubber gasket between
the track and the crane beam, which not only increases the
friction, but also makes the track difficult to move, and greatly
reduces the gap to prevent the track from being uneven and the
collision between the track and the crane beam.
