What is the Dog Spike for Rails
Rail spikes are commonly known as railway dog spikes. The
cross-section of the nail rod is square, and the tip of the nail
rod is made into a chisel shape, and the top of the rod is provided
with a hook head biased to the side to fasten the rail fastening
parts of the wooden sleeper line at the bottom edge of the rail.
