Production Process
1. CAD drawing will be sent for confirmation before production.
2. Scale 1 of 1 CAD drawing for production
Production will proceed based on scale 1 of 1 printed drawing.
3. Forging and Bending
All our products are hand forged and bent by practised blacksmith.
4. Welding & Fabrication
All wrought iron products are made with full welding fabrication to
make sure they are strong enough.
5. Anti-Rust Treatment
The Anti-rust treatment will be Hot-dip galvanizing, primer
painting and powder coating.
Packing and Loading
Handrail: Film and wooden case
Baluster: Carton package and wooden case
Glass: plywood package or solid wood package
Shipping: 30-45 days after the shopping confirmed
