In addition to our hot-dipped galvanized steel, we also offer a
galvanized steel railing in a flat black powder coat. Our pipe size
fits 1-1/4” IPS and we have positions available as centerpieces,
corner pieces, ends, stairs and end stairs.

seamlessly incorporated into any project for the looks and
functionality offered by high-end cable railings, but with the
convenience and affordability of commercial solutions. The variety
of mounting and height configurations, matching components, simple

Product Characteristics
Hot-dip galvanized steel railings are low maintenance. Coatings can
last 25-50+ years.
They are durable and scratch-resistant.
Scratches or abrasions that compromise the coating are still
protected by the surrounding zinc (galvanic cell).
Since during the hot-dip process, the ironwork is completely
immersed in the molten zinc, the insides of tubing and interior
crevasses of scroll ironwork get fully protected.
Using galvanized steel has a relatively low cost compared to using
nonferrous (non-rusting) metals like stainless steel or aluminum.

Production Process
1. CAD drawing will be sent for confirmation before production.
2. Scale 1 of 1 CAD drawing for production
Production will proceed based on scale 1 of 1 printed drawing.
3. Forging and Bending
All our products are hand forged and bent by practised blacksmith.
4. Welding & Fabrication
All wrought iron products are made with full welding fabrication to
make sure they are strong enough.
5. Anti-Rust Treatment
The Anti-rust treatment will be Hot-dip galvanizing, primer
painting and powder coating.
6. Smooth touch
Smooth touch surface treatment makes wrought iron items more
attractive and improves the taste of the whole house. Perfect
details show the superior quality of our wrought iron pieces.
