4. Screw---------High-precision high-quality screws, using well-known brands, unique
parameter design, with the advantages of large extrusion volume,
good plasticization, high hardness, and wear resistance.
5. Mould--------Foreign quality CNC machine cutting, high-precision die parts, so
that the product molding quality is stable, the thickness error
range is less than the national strapping tape acceptance standard.
6. Traction system-------Unique five-roller traction system, stable traction, stable
equipment operation, reduced failure rate, and reduced later
maintenance costs by more than 80%.
7. Cooling system-------Unique cooling circulation system, multiple sets of shaping guide
rails, so that the strapping tape can be cooled, shrunk and shaped
better, the size is more accurate, and the internal reciprocating
winding method is adopted to make full use of thermal energy and
efficiently reduce power loss. High-strength alloy steel wheels,
shafts, gears, etc., after carburizing, quenching, grinding and
other processes, are wear-resistant and durable, effectively
reducing the failure rate of equipment.
