9120M is a release agent specially developed for polyurethane
soles. It has good demoulding performance. The product is
water-based, environmentally friendly, and the product can be
diluted many times and is not easy to dirty the mold.

Applications:
The mold should be thoroughly cleaned. The release agent should be
well stirred before use. For shoe sole application it can be
diluted by adding 30-50 parts of water. It is best to use deionized
water. Apply a thin coat of Lubekote 9120M. After the water has evaporated start the production.
