LubeKote 9121R is an external release agent for PUR. It is mainly
used in polyurethane footwear industry, such as double density
federal shoes, single density federal shoes and other products.
LubeKote 9121R has excellent release performance; At the same time,

products.

Applications:
It is ready to use product.
Before use, the release agent should be at room temperature, and
the material in the drum must be evenly stirred. We recommend to
stir with a low speed (100 RPM) mixer for 5-10 minutes. This
process should be repeated for 5 minutes every 24 hours. During the
release agent transfer process, use a pump that does not cause high
shear forces to transport the material (such as a diaphragm pump).
Pipes should be made of stainless steel or plastic without reflux.
For spraying, we recommend the use of needle controlled air
assisted spray guns. The recommended output is 15-30g/min, and the
spray gun caliber is 0.3mm.
For use, it is best to clean the mold with a mold cleaner before
the first spray. For the release agent, we recommend thin and
uniform spraying on the mold surface to avoid excessive spraying
affecting the foam surface.
