Small crane steel wire rope with high quality carbon steel wire
rod, after FIB lead bath heat treatment and hot dip galvanized
integrated production line treatment, high degree of sositization,
uniform zinc layer thickness, high steel wire fatigue performance,
long service life of steel wire rope, to meet the requirements of
small crane working conditions, product characteristics are mainly:
1. High breaking force, high safety factor of equipment
2. Good corrosion resistance, not easy to rust
3. High fatigue life, good use of wire rope
4. Multi-strand rope has excellent anti-rotation performance
Application:
1, general purpose wire rope
2, elevator wire rope: require tight structure, soft, small
structure elongation, usually using 8 strands structure, usually
diameter: 10-12 mm.
3,wire rope for aviation: the typical structure is 1×7, 1×19,
6×7+IWS, 6×19+IWS,6×7+NF, 6×19+NF, etc.
4, lifting with steel wire rope: require high tensile strength of
steel wire rope, good flexibility, non-rotation and wear
resistance, not loose.
5, fishing with steel wire rope: used for trawling, etc., work in
seawater, to resist corrosion.
6, mine lifting with steel wire rope.
7, balance with wire rope, etc.
