Product Introduction
The equipment adopts the whole box automatic feeding mode, which
will run automatically after start resetting function. When the
battery is in the stopping section of the intermittent movement,
the battery is positioned by the cylinder positioning clamp. The
heat shrink tube is automatically put on the battery by the servo
feeding system, and the insulating sheet is also automatically
punched out and put into the heat shrink tube in the stopping
section of the intermittent after entering the next station. Then
shrunk in the heating shrink furnace and sent out of the battery
through the discharge station.

(9) Batteries have a short staying time in the heat shrink furnace,
which does not affect the performance of the PTC thermistor.
(10) Teflon magnetic base can effectively prevent the battery short
circuit, transfer battery conveyor belt speed is adjustable and can
arbitrarily adjust different speeds.
