The quantitative automatic packaging machine is a system that uses intelligent
technology to accurately weigh materials, then clamps the bags with a clamping
device, automatically the materials into the bags, and then moves to the sealing
section for sealing.





When the quantitative packaging machine enters the automatic operation state, the
weighing control system opens the feeding door to start feeding. This feeding device
has feeding modes: fast, medium, and slow. When the material weight reaches the
fast feeding set value, the fast feeding stops and the medium feeding continues.
When material weight reaches the medium feeding set value, the medium feeding
stops and the slow feeding continues. When the material weight reaches the final set
value, the feeding door closed, and the dynamic weighing process is completed.
At this point, the system checks whether the bag clamping device is in the
predetermined state. Once the packaging is securely clamped, the system sends a
control signal to open the discharge door of the weighing hopper, and the material
enters the packaging bag. After the is completely discharged, the discharge door of
the weighing hopper is automatically closed. After the material is emptied, the bag
clamping device is released, and the bag falls off automatically. After the packaging
bag falls off, it is sewn and conveyed to the next station. This process repeats
automatically.
