Bangladesh Toast Ropes Production Line:

Bangladesh Toast Ropes Production Line is consists of four parts: Kneading Machine + Dough Sheeting and Dividing Machine + Double Bread Forming Machine + Rope Cutting Machine.

Kneading Machine Function:

This machine is used to sheet the dough after the mixer, to make the dough with more gluten, the thickness of the dough is adjustable on the right side handel; Also, this machine has two models, one is manual working, that means when it is in working, pressing the dough, it need to stop by manual; another is auto model, you can set the times that you want to press the dough, the dough will come from the machine directly when reach the times it set.

Dough Sheeting and Dividing Machine Function:

This machine is used to connect the kneading machine and the main machine, it is used to pre-sheet the dough from the kneading machine, to make the dough more tidy, another function is to divide the dough into serveral width pieces when customer want to make different size and weight products, it equipped with two cutters on the machine, it can divide the dough by three pieces at most one time.

Double Bread Forming Machine:

Double Bread Forming Machine Function:

It is used to sheeting the dough again and adjust the thickness of the dough according to the weight of the products as required; Then roll the dough piece into ropes, diameter of the ropes will be decided by the thickness and width of the dough piece.

a. Connect the machine correctly; and the machine front part should suitable with the

dividing machine, turn on the machine, to check if the machine running well;

b. There are three sheeting rolls of this machine which make the bread dough with more

elastic. From right to side to left side, there are four digital display, the first display

means the first roll speed, you can adjust it through the downside switch; the second

switch is the second roll , the third is the third roll speed; the last one is the speed of the

rope cutting machine belt; (from right to left)

c. There is also a total speed switch, you can turn this to achieve the total speed reduce

or rise; also there is a powder sprinkle box switch, you can choose to open or close;

Rope Cutting Machine Function:

It is connect with the bread forming machine; it will cut the ropes into different length as required; there is a timer installed on the panel, it is used to calculate the lenght of the rope, you can set the length as needed.
