High torque design enables speed reducer to work stably without
noise. Hardness treatment features the screw and barrel with good
tear and wear resistance, good compounding effect and high
production.
Air-exhausted system or common vented hole can get rid of water and
waste gas out of the material. This enables more stable extrusion
and more solid pellet, so the super quality of product is
guaranteed
The customer can select a suitable machine among single segment
style, and two-segment style according to production requirements.
The special design can assure the good compounding effect and more
solid pellet. This kind of production line is especially suitable
for recycling dirty waste and production of repelletizing.
Gear box: High-torque design; Low-noise; Smooth running
Special barrel design can assure better compounding effect so as to
improve the problem of black point and chromatism.
Equipped with a force feeder and hydraulic screen changers
according to material's special character,

Detailed description of plastic granulating machine:
1. Conveyor:convey waste plastic material scraps and flakes into
extruder hopper.
2. Extruding system:plasticizing material and exhausting gas.
3. Hydraulic screen changer system and mould: filter material
impurity,to make production more clean and stable.
4. Water tank:cooling plastic material.
5. Pelletizer:cut plastic to pellets.
6. Vibration selector:remove bad pellet and keep good pellet.

machine is installed well in buyer's factory;
Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered
with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto
wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into
container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use
drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the
machine?
