Detailed Introduction

the installation of all equipment and start it according to the
following requirements:
1. Inject engine oil into the diesel engine and water pump
suspension from the refueling port, and check the oil level with a
dipstick to ensure it meets the required height;
2. Add cooling water from the expansion water tank to the diesel
engine. The water level should be 2/3 of the height of the
expansion water tank.
3. Fill the fuel tank with diesel, press the exhaust hand pump to
allow the diesel to pass through the filter and enter the engine;
4. Connect the inlet and outlet pipes and gate valves of the diesel
engine water pump, close the gate valve of the water outlet pipe,
the outlet pressure gauge and the vacuum pressure gauge;
5. Pour water into the diesel engine water pump and water inlet
pipe or vacuum water inlet, and exhaust the internal air;
6. Open the external circulation cooling water valve, start the
diesel engine water pump with the inlet valve fully open and the
outlet valve closed. When the diesel engine reaches normal speed,
gradually open the valve on the outlet pipe and adjust it to the
required working conditions.
