The wheel body undergoes a series of precise forging and normalization processes, followed by a heating and quenching treatment utilizing spray techniques. This results in a tread surface hardness ranging from HRC52 to HRC62, accompanied by a hardened layer depth of 7-10mm (with a hardness of HRC45) or greater. This combination of hardness and depth provides exceptional durability, particularly in terms of resistance to impact and surface wear, on both the exterior and interior surfaces of the wheel body.
To accommodate both tropical and cold climates, the product is equipped with high-quality, standard floating oil seals and a dependable lubrication system. This ensures that the carrier sprocket remains fully sealed and requires no maintenance, even in harsh working conditions or under extreme temperatures spanning from -45°C to 120°C.
