This results in a tread surface hardness that ranges between HRC52 and HRC62, along with a hardened layer depth of 7-10mm (featuring a hardness of HRC45) or more. This combination of hardness and depth ensures exceptional durability, particularly in terms of resistance to both impact and surface wear, on both the exterior and interior surfaces of the wheel body.
To cater to both tropical and cold climates, the product is equipped with high-quality, standard floating oil seals and a reliable lubrication system. This ensures that the carrier sprocket remains fully sealed and maintenance-free, even in harsh working conditions or under extreme temperatures ranging from -45°C to 120°C.
