(1) It adopts the mature and reliable SC9DK220 diesel engine of
Shangchai, with strong power, reaching 162kW.
(2) The use of three-in-one powerful composite radiator, through
forced centralized heat removal, can ensure that the whole machine
can work continuously for a long time at a high temperature of 50
℃.
(3) Drive left and right independently, controlled by
microcomputer, and the paving speed adopts constant speed automatic
control technology.
(4) Four sets of independent hydraulic drive systems are used for
conveying and distributing materials, and the material level adopts
ultrasonic sensor control technology to ensure a constant material
level.
(5) The distribution device can be moved up and down to adapt to
different paving thicknesses, reducing material segregation and
power consumption.
(6) The distribution blades are made of high wear-resistant alloy
materials, and the conveying soleplate and screed soleplate are
made of high wear-resistant steel plates, which effectively extend
the service life of the machine.
(7) The mechanically lengthened double vibrating air heating screed
has good rigidity and high working density.
(8) Two vertical and one horizontal automatic leveling systems
ensure the smoothness of the working road surface.
(9) The console can intuitively display various working functions,
paving and driving speed, and can move left and right, which is
convenient for operation.
