L-type pull rod
Structural features
L type pull rod as the name implies, its shape is "L" shape. This
structure makes it has a unique advantage in the spatial layout. It
has two mutually perpendicular rod segments, which are generally
connected by welding or integral forming. In the elevator system,
the L-type lifting rod can cleverly bypass some obstacles or adapt
to specific installation space requirements. For example, when the
installation position of the safety gear of the elevator car and
the lifting device are not on the same axis, and there is
interference from other components, the L-type lifting rod can
change the transmission direction of the force to achieve effective
lifting action.
Straight Rod
Structural features
The structure of the straight rod is simple and direct, and it is a
straight rod-shaped structure. It usually consists of a rod body of
equal cross-section, with connecting devices at both ends, for
connecting with safety gear and lifting power source. This simple
structure makes it relatively easy to manufacture and install. For
example, the processing of straight tie rods only needs to pass
regular metal processing processes, such as cutting, turning,
grinding, etc., to produce products that meet the requirements.
During installation, it is only necessary to connect the connecting
devices at both ends with the corresponding components, and there
is no need to consider the complicated space angle problem like the
L-type pull rod.
