Machine Introduction

RCF150W small drilling rig is a lightweight, efficient and multifunctional drilling equipment. The small drilling rig adopts a three-wheel trailer, which is convenient and quick to transfer. The small drilling rig has a compact structure and is easy to carry. The whole machine adopts full hydraulic drive with low failure rate. The tower assembly is equipped with a hydraulic compensation mechanism. When the tower is grounded during construction, the bearing capacity is greater and the stability is higher.

2. Positive and negative axial pressure adjustment

The best impact efficiency of each impactor has its matching best axial pressure and speed. During the drilling process, as the number of drill rods increases, the axial pressure on the impactor also increases. Therefore, the positive and negative axial pressure valves should be adjusted during construction to ensure that the impactor obtains a more suitable axial pressure, and the impact efficiency is higher at this time.
