Check the cylinder compression pressure

(1) The engine temperature should be about 80 ° C, and the degree of battery discharge should not be less than 50%.
(2) Blow away the dust outside the spark plug, remove the spark plug of each cylinder, and open the throttle and the damper door completely.

(3) Place the rubber tube of the cylinder pressure gauge on the first cylinder spark plug hole and hold it firmly.
(4) Use the starter to drive the crankshaft to rotate, write down the pressure number shown in the pressure gauge, test more than twice in a row, and then check the remaining cylinders in turn.
(5)〕 When the cylinder pressure is lower than the specified standard, 20 to 30g of new lubriing oil can be filled to the top of the piston, and the pressure can be tested again, if it rises significantly, it means that the piston ring is worn. If the pressure is the same as before, it indies that the valve or cylinder gasket is leaking and should be further examined.

The main reasons for insufficient compression pressure of the cylinder:

(1) the cylinder gasket is damaged.
(2) The valve gap of the intake valve and the exhaust valve is adjusted improperly.

(3) The inlet valve or exhaust valve and seat are not tightly sealed.
(4) The piston ring is installed incorrectly and is not installed according to the original factory regulations.
(5) The piston ring and the cylinder are seriously worn, or the piston ring is stuck in the piston ring groove.
