FUNCTION
ADVANTAGE

THE USAGE METHOD
1. Before mixing, first preheat component A and component B in a
container for 2 hours at a preheating temperature of 50-60 ℃, and
then stir thoroughly and evenly.
2. When mixing, mix according to the mass ratio of A: B=100:90 and
mix thoroughly and evenly
3. Defoaming: After mixing the rubber material, vacuum defoaming
should be carried out for 5-10 minutes. During the defoaming
process, attention should be paid to the overflow of bubbles
4. Sealing: The mixed adhesive should be poured into the poured
product as soon as possible to avoid poor fluidity caused by the
thickening of the adhesive in the later stage
5. Curing, 85 ℃/3-5H+105 ℃/6-8H
