A: We are a smart lock manufacturing factory, located in Shenzhen,
a special economic zone in China, focusing on the development and
production of smart locks.
Q2: Can l order samples?
A: Yes, we accept sample orders for you to test and check the
quality. And we have stock for fast shipment.
Q3: What about the lead time?
A:Normally samples need 1-5 days. lf more then 300pcs per model per order, we will need about 1-2
weeks to prepare products.
Q4: Do you have any MOQ limits for orders?
A : We have low MOQ request ,we have a big warehouse for stock
orders.
Q5: How do you guarantee the product quality?
A: Each product has been inspected by inspectors and inspection
machines during production, and will be inspected by your sales and
service personnel before delivery, so as to minimize the
after-sales rate of the product.
Q6: Could you help with my designed products?
A: Yes sure.We are able to offer OEM/OEM service for our customers to gain the
best solution for their markets.
Q7: How is it delivered?How long will it take?
A:Normally we delivey products by DHL,UPS, FedEd, TNT, EMS, or any
other express which based on customers requirements. And we can ship products with battery without any problem. lt usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional if your order qty is huge.
