1. Introduction:
The water filter pipe is made up of support wire and filter wire.
Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded which makes
it has sturdy construction and good mechanical property. The
profile wire and support rod can be axial wire or radial wire. It
mainly includes internal filtration, external direction filtration.
Processed from stainless steel 304, 304L, 316 and 316L wedge wire
or profile wire mesh materials.According to the different usage, we
can design the flow direction and shape to meet the application
requirements. What’s more, we can customized the wedge wire filter
element such as filter tube, filter basket based on the clients
requirements.
2. Component:
The support wires can be round wires, triangular wires or
trapezoidal wires, while the filter wires is triangular
wires(V-shaped wires).
3. Characteristics:
Precise aperture size, high filter precision,firm structure,
high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical
performance is good,long service life, safe and reliable, etc. Can
be used in various media filtration and screening.
4.Application:
Water filter pipe is widely used for deep well pump, dive water
pump. Also used for waste water treatment, water softening
treatment, oil industry, food process, mineral process, and
chemical and alkali filtration.
