Stamping Processing

• Stamping Operation: Place the pretreated raw material in the mold and start the stamping press for processing. During stamping, the press uses the mold to cut, separate, and deform the raw material to obtain the required shape and size of the stamped part.
• Process Control: Strictly control stamping speed, stamping force, and other parameters during the stamping process to ensure product quality and stability. Simultaneously, promptly clean and dispose of waste during the stamping process.

Post-Processing and Inspection

• Post-Processing: After stamping, clean, deburr, and grind the stamped parts to improve their surface quality and accuracy. Some products may also require surface treatments such as electroplating and painting to enhance rust resistance and aesthetics.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect the appearance and dimensions of the processed stamped parts to ensure they meet design requirements and quality standards. During inspection, use professional testing equipment and tools, such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and microscopes.

Packaging and Shipment

• Product Packaging: Package the inspected and qualified stamped parts to protect them from damage during transportation and storage. When packaging, choose appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure product safety and integrity.
• Shipment and Delivery: Based on customer requirements and order specifications, ship and deliver the packaged stamped parts. During shipment, ensure that the product quantity, specifications, and models match the order and provide relevant shipping documents and certificates.
