Production Process of Stamped Products

1. Design and Drawing

   • Product Design: Based on customer requirements or product specifications, designers use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create 3D models and 2D drawings of the product, determining its dimensions, shape, materials, and other parameters.
   • Process Design: Process engineers develop a stamping production process plan based on the product design drawings, including mold design, stamping process planning, and material selection.

2. Raw Material Preparation

   • Material Selection: Select suitable metallic materials, such as steel plates, aluminum plates, copper plates, etc., based on product design requirements.
   • Material Pretreatment: Preprocess the raw materials, such as cutting and bending, to facilitate subsequent stamping processing. Additionally, some metallic materials may undergo heat treatment to improve their cutting performance.

3. Mold Manufacturing and Installation

   • Mold Design: Design the structure and shape of the stamping mold based on the product design drawings to ensure accurate stamping of the desired product shape.
   • Mold Manufacturing: Manufacture the stamping mold using specialized equipment and processes. During mold manufacturing, ensure precision and durability.
   • Mold Installation and Debugging: Install the manufactured mold on the stamping press and conduct debugging to ensure stable operation and production of qualified products.
