Characteristics of Double Thread Silicon Carbon Rod
1. Unique structural design
Double threaded silicon carbide rod is an improved product based on
ordinary silicon carbide rod, with a more unique structural design.
The two ends of the double threaded silicon carbide rod are
respectively equipped with two threads, which can be easily fixed
on the equipment, making it more stable and less likely to fall
off.
2. High heating efficiency
Multiple high-temperature alloy wires are used inside the double
threaded silicon carbide rod, which has higher heating efficiency,
can quickly raise the temperature, and also ensures the uniformity
of heating.
3. Long service life
The material of the double threaded silicon carbon rod is selected
from high-quality silicon and carbon, which has high temperature
resistance and corrosion resistance, long service life, and can
greatly reduce the frequency of maintenance and replacement, saving
