W Type SiC Heating Elements

W-shaped silicon carbon rods are suitable for various electric furnaces and kilns, especially for electric heating elements in high-temperature kilns. Its surface temperature can reach 1500 ℃, with uniform redness and strong infrared radiation ability, 5-10 times that of ordinary nickel chromium wire. In addition, the W-shaped three-phase silicon carbide rod can be directly connected to the three-phase power supply, making it convenient for one-way wiring on the furnace top and ensuring safety and reliability during use.
