Introduction
The sheet extrusion lines are the most complete, high performance, reliable sheet lines. We
offer them as complete systems in 3 sizes: With a 65mm, 90mm, or
120mm extruder, to produce just the capacity you need.
The single screw extruder with good motor, digital controls, vacuum venting, screen changer,
gear box, and a flexible lip die. Your extruder also can be
equipped with the PLC/PCC control system, the specially design
screw for HIPS, PP, and PET.
Three rolls calender feature three hard surface polishing rolls with flawless mirror
chrome plating, designed for the highest efficiency heat transfer.
Each roll is equipped with an individual, built-in, high volume
pressurized water temperature control system. The line also
includes two shaft winder.
