Application:
Copper Clad Steel Stranded is used in Ground wire for electrical
power systems, telephone and CATV drop wire, tracer wire, and
catenary wire for electrified railroads. Standard copper cladding thicknesses result in a composite
conductivity of 30% or 40% IACS.
Construction:
CCS wire is formed through electroplating method(taking steel wire
as the core and depositing the copper layer evenly on the surface
of the steel core) and cladding method (Cladding planished copper
stripe concentrically on the outer surface of the steel core).
CCS wire can be divided into six types by conductivity,
15%CCS,18%CCS,21%CCS, 25%CCS, 30%CCS,40%CCS,and two mechanical
status: Annealed (A) and Hard drawn(H).

We normally accept T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery as
the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated.
