JZP-7.5 shock absorber is an excellent spare part in the industrial

Since the 80s of the 20th century, vibration damping device
technology has gradually been promoted and applied in various
large-scale machinery, construction engineering and transportation
fields. In the lifting operation of large cranes, shock absorbers
can effectively reduce the impact force during the lifting and
landing of goods, and ensure the stability and safety of lifting.
In the track system of high-speed trains, the vibration damping
device plays a vital role in the vibration absorption of the train
during driving and the connection stability between the carriages,
which greatly improves the riding comfort of passengers and reduces
the wear and tear of track and vehicle components.
In mechanical structures, factors such as the clearance of the
connecting parts, the surface roughness and the changes in the load
they are subjected to can have a significant impact on the
cushioning effect of the buffer. For example, at the joint
connection of some heavy machinery, the temporary connection
structure may produce different degrees of friction and deformation
due to the running-in between parts in the early stage of equipment
operation, and these changes will be directly fed back to the
dynamic operation stability of the entire mechanical system.
Although the permanent connection structure is relatively stable,
the internal stress distribution will also change during long-term
high-load operation, which will affect the working efficiency of
the buffer.
Due to the interweaving of factors such as force transfer, energy
conversion and material deformation involved in mechanical motion,
it is a great challenge to accurately model the friction phenomenon
and mechanical behavior in buffer structures. The friction during
the buffering process is not constant, but can change in complexity
with changes in conditions such as relative velocity, pressure, and
temperature of the contact surface. At the same time, the
description of the stress-strain state of the buffer component
under force also needs to consider many factors such as the
nonlinear properties of the material, the complexity of the
geometry, and the uncertainty of the boundary conditions.
