Description
The test bench is used for the factory cleaning and efficiency test
of the hydraulic gear pump test bench, that is, the tested pump
conducts impact loading test (i.e., running and test) at different
speeds and pressures, and measures and records the output flow and
input torque and other parameters of the tested pump at the
specified speed and pressure.
Basic configuration: PLC automatic control, hydraulic pump test
using proportional valve loading, computer-aided test system, data
analysis and processing function, test report can be issued after
the test is completed. It can meet the automatic test of gear pump
with a displacement of less than 20mL/r.
Features
The test unit consists of three parts: the test bench, the
pre-assembly station and the washing and draining station. The
functions of each part are described as follows:
1) The test bench is mainly used for gear pump sweeping, efficiency
testing and data acquisition and storage;
2) The pre-assembly station is mainly used to assist in testing,
and the transition stop plate, oil port tooling, connection spline,
etc., are placed to facilitate the changeover of the test piece.
Another main function of the pre-assembly station is to pre-install
the oil port of the test piece. During the automatic test of the
previous test piece, the tester can prepare the next test piece in
advance and manually screw the inlet and outlet ports.
3) The cleaning and draining station is used to automatically flush
and drain the tested pump at low speed, that is, to clean the tiny
metal particles in the pump body, and to discharge the residual
hydraulic oil in the closed cavity of the pump body.
