Extrusion Blow Molding Machine Working Principle
· The process begins with plastic resin being fed into the
extruder, where it is heated and formed into a tube-shaped parison.
· The parison is then transferred to the mold cavity and clamped
into place.
· Compressed air is blown into the parison, expanding it to conform
to the shape of the mold.
· Once the plastic has cooled and solidified, the mold opens, and
the finished product is ejected.
