Working principle
Electrostatic powder coating machine is an industrial equipment
used for surface treatment of objects. It can spray powder coatings
containing epoxy resin, polyester resin (plastic) and other
materials onto the objects. The sprayed objects are solidified in
the fixed telephone furnace to obtain a complete layer, so as to
play the functions of decoration and anti-corrosion. The principle
of electrostatic spraying technology: the powder coating is sprayed
on the surface of the workpiece with electrostatic spraying
equipment (electrostatic spraying machine). Under the action of
electrostatic, the powder will be evenly adsorbed on the surface of
the workpiece to form a powdery coating; the powdery coating is
baked and leveled at high temperature to form a final coating with
different effects (different kinds of effects of powder coating);
the spraying effect is Mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion
resistance, aging resistance and other aspects are better than the
painting process, and the cost is also lower than the same effect
