Principle of DAF
The DAF Separator provides effective separation of sus-pended
solids, fats, oils and greases from liquids by dissolved air
flotation. Flotation of the solids is accom-plished by the
introduction of tinny air bubbles into the process water. As the
bubbles rise, they attach them-selves to the particales in
suspension and carry them to the surface for removed.
