A: If possible, please send us the dimensions of the area and
pictures of the construction site. We will then proceed with design
and recommendations based on this information. Upon confirmation of
the design and quotation, we will carefully handle your order, from
production to shipping, and even offer doorstep delivery where
applicable.
Q3. What is the final production lead time?
A: For regular batch orders, our normal lead time is 20-30 days.
For large orders exceeding 200 sets, a final confirmation will be
provided.
Q4. What types of features can I add to the pergola?
A: We also offer integrated LED lighting systems such as single
color, RGB, tricolor, automatic rain sensors that close the roof
automatically when it starts raining. If you have other ideas, we
encourage you to share them with us.

A: We offer a 3-5 year warranty on the pergola structure with a
regular powder coating and a 1-year warranty on electrical
products. Other products average a 5-year warranty.

A: Yes. All our parts are labeled (A, B, C, D...) correspondingly,
with letters on the parts and a lettered user manual, making it
easy for end-users to identify parts and have 2-3 people complete
installation within 2-3 hours.
