As early as the 60s of the 20th century, the concept of shock
absorption has been introduced into the construction of buildings,
water conservancy and mining. Contact stresses, friction, and
vibration attenuation of temporary and fixed structures have a
profound impact on the stability performance of buildings and
facilities.
In view of the diversity of damping principles and the arduousness
of analyzing the stress and deformation states at the joints of
components, it is quite challenging to mathematically model the
damping phenomena of structures.
At present, this kind of JZP-3.2 shock absorbing equipment is
widely used in high-end medical instrument systems, deep-sea
exploration, submarines, on-board electronics, control cabinets,
etc.
Deep-sea exploration equipment also has extremely high requirements
for shock absorption. In the deep-sea environment, the detection
equipment is exposed to a variety of factors, such as huge water
pressure, complex water currents, and vibrations generated during
its own operation. The JZP-3.2 damping device is installed inside
these equipment, which can reduce the impact of the equipment's own
vibration on the detection accuracy when the equipment is operated
by the thruster and the detection instrument is used for data
acquisition. At the same time, in the face of complex water
currents in the deep sea, it can also prevent damage to the
delicate components inside the equipment through its own unique
shock absorption mechanism.
With the continuous development of science and technology, the
requirements for shock absorbers are also increasing. In the
future, JZP-3.2 shock absorber is expected to make greater
breakthroughs in intelligence and adaptation to adapt to more
complex working environments and more sophisticated equipment
needs.
