special positioning column design, suitable for all widths of the
SMT tape.

Instructions for Use:
1. Crimp the tool handle to open the front panel jaws.
2. Place a splice clip (teeth up) on the placement pins.
3. Center both carrier tapes (cover tape up) on the pins, and
secure them with the clamps.
4. Crimp the handle to connect the carrier tapes securely.
5. Apply a splice tape strip to the cover tape and press firmly to
complete the splice.
