The straight-line screen is a versatile new type of vibrating screener. It can adopt both

The two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and lower
ends of the vibrator motor shaft convert the rotational motion of the vibrator motor into
a combination of horizontal, vertical, inclined, and centrifugal forces. This force is then
transmitted to the screen surface. By changing the phase angle weight of the upper
and lower eccentric blocks, the magnitude of the exciting force and the trajectory of the
material movement can be changed.
