    Hot rolled coil （HRC）
    Hot-rolled coils are made of slabs (mainly continuous casting slabs) as raw materials, and are made into strip steel by rough rolling units and finishing rolling units after heating. The hot steel strip coming out of the last rolling mill of finishing rolling is cooled to the set temperature by laminar flow, and rolled into steel strip coils by the coiler.
    The cooled steel strip coils undergo different finishing operations according to different needs of users. Wire (leveling, straightening, cross-cutting or slitting, inspection, weighing, packaging and marking, etc.) processed into steel plate, flat coil and slitting steel strip products. Due to the high strength, good toughness, easy processing and good weldability of hot-rolled steel products, they are widely used in manufacturing industries such as ships, automobiles, bridges, construction, machinery, and pressure vessels.

    1. The surface of the steel plate or steel strip is not allowed to have inclusions, cracks, corrosion and other harmful defects, and parking spots are not allowed. Defects that do not affect the molding performance are allowed, such as slight non-hand-feeling scratches, light yellow film after pickling, slight pitting, scratches, roll marks and indentations, color difference and slight non-hand-feeling wrinkles, etc. 2. Since the steel strip has no chance to cut off the defect, delivery with defects is allowed, but the defective part does not exceed 6% of the total length of the steel coil. 3. Oiling means that the surface of the steel plate is coated with electrostatic anti-rust oil with certain anti-rust properties. The oiling is divided into light oiling, medium oiling and heavy oiling, which shall be specified by the purchaser in the contract. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the oil-coated product shall be guaranteed to be rust-free within 3 months by the supplier.
