Describe:
According to the performance of HOUSENG products, this machine is
mainly used for paper in paper mills, printing plants, packaging,
etc. The main processes include:
unwinding-cutting-conveying-collecting.
1. The upper knife roller adopts the English cutting method, which
effectively reduces the load and noise during paper cutting and
prolongs the life of the paper cutter. The upper knife roller is
welded with stainless steel and precision-processed, and is
dynamically balanced when running at high speed. The lower knife
seat is cast in one-piece cast iron and then precision-processed,
with good stability
2. The touch screen control is used to set and display paper size,
counting, cutting speed, delivery overlap, etc. The touch screen
control device is used in conjunction with Siemens PLC.
3. The three sets of slitting knife units have high-speed, smooth
and powerless trimming and slitting, with quick adjustment and
locking functions. The high-rigidity knife holder is suitable for
300m/min high-speed slitting.

Functional Description
1. The upper knife roller adopts the English knife method to reduce

Slitting knife
The three sets of slitting knife units have high-speed, smooth and
powerless trimming and slitting, with quick adjustment and locking
functions. The high-rigidity knife holder is suitable for 300m/min
high-speed slitting.
Electric double crimper system
It effectively removes the curl of the roll, makes the paper
flatter, and is more conducive to the stability of the paper roll
tension, so that the machine can run almost thick boards up to
200-500gsm.
Delivery and automatic jogging systems
1. Automatically descend when the paper piles up to a certain
height. (Chain type, automatic up and down, more stable operation,
longer service life)
2. Multi-level conveying system: from high speed to low speed.
3. First, quickly separate the paper cut, then overlap the paper,
collect and stack the paper.
The stacker has a three-sided shaking and tidying function. The
side motor drives the paper, and the amplitude of the paper is
manually adjusted by high-quality motor joggers on both sides,
which improves the simplicity and safety of operation.
Transport Department
The fast/slow belt is controlled by a stepless frequency converter,
which automatically tracks the knife speed and adjusts the belt
speed to allow the paper to overlap perfectly.
